I am a PHP developer and Linux Systems Administrator based in the College Station, TX area. I live in a little house on the edge of town with a Rhodesian Ridgeback mix dog and more computers than is safe or legal. In the past, I have worked as a bank teller, started my own company, driven limousines, processed photos, and I graduated from college with a degree that has nothing to do with computers.

I have been published several times. I have won awards for articles I wrote while on the journalism staff in college. I have had several blog entries published in various places on the internets, including guest blog entries dealing with various topics on Get Rich Slowly and several other blogs and websites. I’m currently working with several clients on various projects, including modeling a company’s web release framework as they integrate Subversion into their operation, a training project in Zend Framework, and some ongoing Systems Administration work. I also have three or four private projects that I’ll be releasing in the next year.

Currently, I work as a Linux Systems Administrator (Systems Analyst II) for Texas A&M University. I also do consulting. I’m interested in consulting relating to Symfony, Zend Framework, PHP, Subversion, and Linux Systems Administration. Some of my past and present clients include Cabinfield.com, BookGlutton (Nominated for a 2008 Webby Award), TrialNet, and PMSI Marketing.
