Hi,

I'm trying to test out a drbd/pacemaker/stonith solution and am struggling with the stonith part. I see your solution above and that sounds great but then i saw this article:

http://theclusterguy.clusterlabs.org/post/113230399/highly-available-data-corruption

What do you think of that? You would be using an onboard IPMI controller right?

Like you, I'm a developer turned sys admin so there are some things on the hardware side that i don't know yet so any opinion would be appreciated!

Saw your "1 1/2 years as a homeown" article and checked it out by curiosity. Home ownership is definitely not for everybody. As a former house owner, it's nice right now to be living in an apartment :)

Cheers,
Chach
